Terms and Conditions

 1. Introduction

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Coffee Machine Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) organised by Reapit (“Organiser”). By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
2. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Reapit, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone directly connected with the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

1. The Giveaway Period begins at 5:00am GMT 5 November 2024 and ends at 11:59pm GMT 31 December 2024.
2. Participants must submit their entry during the Giveaway Period via the entry form.
3. Entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

4. Prize

1. The Prize is one Delongini Coffee Machine.
2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
3. Reapit reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection

1. The Winner will be drawn at random on 6 January 2025 from all eligible entries.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to confirm the Winner’s identity and status, and to withhold the Prize and select an alternative winner if the Winner has not fully complied with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the draw.
4. The Winner must acknowledge this notification within 14 days of being notified, failing which they may forfeit the Prize and the Organiser may select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

1. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry by Reapit for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any error beyond its reasonable control that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the receipt or processing of entries. 
2. The Organiser reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Giveaway as it sees fit.
3. The Organiser will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the use of the Prize. 
4. Except as specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions, all conditions, warranties and representations are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. 
5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our staff’s negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.

8. Personal Data

1. Participants agree and acknowledge that Reapit may collect, use, and process their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, and for further marketing purposes, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

9. General 

1. By entering the Giveaway, each Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Organiser is Reapit Limited (registered number 03483017), registered office 67 - 74 Saffron Hill, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 8QX.
3. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Delongini or any third party.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any part of it, for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons or fraud.
5. The Organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
6. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, it will be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect. 
7. No failure by the Organiser to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will give rise to any claim or right of action by any person, nor be deemed to be a waiver of any of the Organiser’s rights. 
8. This Giveaway is made subject to the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
