We review and log lessons learned at the project closure meeting.

Do I need to do anything?

Your dedicated project manager will take you through the project plan, request the data you'd like us to migrate, set up user testing, and onboard you onto our training platform so you're ready to hit the ground running on day one.

Does Reapit provide a project manager?

Yes. Your Reapit project manager will set up kick-off calls to understand your needs, explain what needs to be provided from your side, and ensure you're kept in the loop with regular check-ins.

How easy is it to switch to Reapit?

Our hands-on approach means we do most of the legwork to get you up and running, minimising business disruption and giving you the opportunity to focus on maximising the value of the Reapit platform.

How long does it take?

The time it takes to migrate to Reapit depends on the complexity of the data conversion, and can vary from 5-12 weeks.

How will you make sure my team will be ready on day one?

We'll onboard your team onto our training platform within the first few weeks of the project, ensure you're happy with the data that's been migrated, and give you final sign off – so you'll only go live when you're ready.

What support will I get after go-live?

You'll be assigned a customer success manager, have access to 24/7 support, and our training portal to ensure you have everything you need for success.
