Global PropTech innovators Reapit unveiled a suite of powerful new tools and tech at Fusion '25, the company’s latest bi-annual worldwide product release event. To keep agents connected and in control across both sales and lettings, Reapit showcased a series of powerful new releases giving agents what they need to thrive in 2025 – all under one roof.
Getting the edge in an evolving market
Upgrades to Reapit Go, which lets sales and letting agents easily manage essential tasks when they’re away from their desks, will help them instantly pass viewing feedback to property owners. Agents can also easily create new property records on the road, pinpoint hard-to-find properties with What3Words, manage their tasks on the move, and soon access Homesearch property data insights in the palm of their hands.
Meanwhile, the changes to Reapit Bookings make it even easier to get the most qualified potential buyers and tenants booked in for a viewing by bringing the multiple steps involved together into one simple workflow. This speeds up the sales and lettings process, while leaving agents in total control of their calendar.
Getting the industry ready for the Renters’ Rights Bill has seen Reapit develop proactive platform changes that will help agents adapt quickly to the biggest change to the private rented sector in 30 years. Updates coming ahead of the Bill include measures to address serious hazards in properties, prevent bidding wars, record pet insurance, and manage the Section 13 rent increase process, amongst others.
PayProp-powered agencies didn’t miss out on the action either, with new time-saving tech. The platform’s new owner portal was previewed, which will help agents provide their PayProp-powered landlords with unparalleled insights into their rental property portfolios while significantly reducing agent workload. Meanwhile, an upcoming integration with the Deposit Protection Service will allow agents to register custodial deposits in just a few clicks, saving time and reducing errors caused by data duplication.
A range of improvements to the Reapit x PayProp integration and PayProp’s management reports were also demonstrated to hundreds of property professionals who attended the webinar.
More action, less effort
The enhancements showcased at Fusion '25 will help agencies work smarter, reduce administrative burdens, and deliver an exceptional experience for clients. This comes at a critical time, with significant challenges and opportunities just around the corner. These include an increase in stamp duties, higher National Insurance contributions (making it more expensive to take on extra staff), and the upcoming Renters' Rights Bill.
The UK’s Fusion '25webinar was part of a global product event reaching Australia, New Zealand,Canada, the USA, Denmark and South Africa, with over 3,000 property professionals from around the world interested in unlocking the power of Reapit’s latest PropTech tools.
