The annual Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2021 rankings in Australia were recently announced and Agentbox, Reapit’s CRM platform for Australia, was ranked #1 CRM for the majority of agents in the ranking, with 60% using Agentbox.
Now in its sixth year, the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking highlights and recognises the female agents who are leading the way in Australian residential real estate sales. The ranking uses three major metrics to definitively rank participants using a comparative score: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sale value across a 12-month period.
Reapit’s Agentbox was also revealed as the CRM of choice for 64% of agents in the REB Top 100 Agents 2021 Awards which were unveiled in late April – an increase from the 61% registered over the previous year’s awards.
Simon Cashman, General Manager, Reapit Australia, commented: “I am pleased and humbled that 60% of Australia’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate agents have chosen Reapit’s Agentbox CRM to help them put growth on repeat. Just over 20% of real estate agents in Australia are female and the rankings are a great opportunity both for visibility and to honour the fantastic women who are shaping the future of real estate here in Australia.”
