Reapit becomes UK’s first PropTech company to place on the Megabuyte50 privately-owned technology companies listing

Reapit was officially unveiled as the 17th best-performing privately-owned technology company in the UK, in the Megabuyte50 list. The awards event was held in London on 23 January 2020, sponsored by leading international firms Rothschild & Co and OC&C Strategy Consultants.

The Megabuyte Scorecard is widely recognised as the technology sector’s most independent measure of comparative peer performance and is an influential reference among corporate, advisory and finance communities.

Pooling over 60 years of experience analysing software, IT and telecoms services companies, the Megabuyte research team uses a proprietary benchmarking methodology to assess company performances on several key factors: growth, profitability, cash flow, and size.

Reapit’s first Scorecard in the Megabuyte50 marks a significant achievement for the company to not only rank among the top 20 of this prestigious award on the first year of the company’s inclusion, but also to be the first and only PropTech company in the UK to place in the awards.

For agencies looking for a reliable, consistently growing and innovating CRM, this awarding shows that in as far as reliability and performance goes, there’s no CRM solution on the market right now that’s better placed to deliver efficiency and growth for their customers than Reapit.

Gary Barker, Chief Executive Officer, Reapit said: “We are delighted to rank among the top 20 of the Megabuyte50 awards on our first entry, especially because we’re the first and only PropTech company to have done so thus far. The Megabuyte Scorecard is an invaluable tool when assessing financial performance and acts as a reliable reference point for Reapit’s progress made organically and through our acquisition strategy. This award is recognition of the value our customers receive, and we will continue to innovate and advance our software offering for the property industry.

Barker noted that this placement did not factor in the launch of Reapit’s latest innovation, the Foundations PaaS and App Marketplace, and that successful deployment thereof could significantly increase Reapit’s position on the list going forward, adding that: “Our position on this list matters especially for our customers, because it gives them a third-party view on the sustainability of our business, reassuring them that Reapit is going to be around for a very long time to come – and that reliability and a solid foundation are exactly what agencies want from the partner that powers up all the CRM technology in their business.”
