Reapit, the leading technology platform supplier, which serves 78,000 estate and letting agents in more than 15,000 branches, has appointed Steve Richmond as General Manager in charge of operations in its home market, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Richmond is a true industry stalwart, having worked with estate and letting agencies for more than 30 years. He joins from LSL Estate Agents, part of the UK’s second largest chain of estate agents, where he served as Chief Operating Officer since 2015. Prior to joining LSL, Richmond had been Managing Director, Operations, Countrywide Residential Lettings, the UK’s largest, award-winning lettings agency. He joined Countrywide in 1992.
