Aspire: Reapit is fantastic at helping us identify opportunities

Tom Ward, Director at Aspire Estate Agents, shares why they selected Reapit for their six-branch London agency. He highlights how AgencyCloud's advanced reporting capabilities help them stay focused on their key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, Tom discusses how Reapit enables them to effortlessly identify opportunities within their database and the advantages of having all departments on one system. He also emphasises the value of the AppMarket, which makes integrating with third-party suppliers incredibly easy.

Tell us about your agency

My name is Tom Ward. My agency is Aspire Estate Agents, operating in Southwest London. We have six branches, and we offer sales, lettings, property management and block management.

Why did you decide to move from your previous CRM provider?

We found that our previous CRM provider really didn’t have the intricacies that Reapit can provide, such as reporting and really being able to focus on the KPIs, which our previous CRM just didn’t have the ability to do.

Why did you choose Reapit?

We chose Reapit for how automated the system is and how much the system can give back to you, providing it’s used correctly. From my seat, being able to really have an eagle view on everything that’s happening in the business on a day-to-day basis at the few clicks of the buttons was incredibly valuable.

How was the onboarding process?

The onboarding process was surprisingly easy. It’s intricate, but when you are migrating the amount of data that we had across our six branches, that’s to be expected. But we really did feel that our hand was held, and that we understood the step-by-step process and that we were always updated on what was going to be happening next within the onboarding process.

What are some of the benefits of using Reapit for all your agency activities?

Being able to understand more intricately the particular KPIs within the business, is an incredibly valuable tool that Reapit provides. So, being able to understand exactly where your buyers are coming from, where your vendors are coming from, how your negotiators are, perhaps using the system or capitalising on business within their own applicant boxes. Reapit can shine a light on these things more than any other CRM that I’ve experienced.

What business challenges does Reapit help you solve?

Well, moving into a difficult market which inevitably, we probably are. Understanding exactly how the business procedures work right from the point that an applicant registers, right up to the point that they buy or where that tenant comes from, and what properties they’re letting and why.

Reapit helps you identify all of these aspects through its reporting process and, there is no replacement for good estate agency, but Reapit enables us to have a look at where certain areas need to be focused on. And that’s just something that other CRMs just aren’t able to do.

What’s your favourite thing about Reapit?

My favourite aspect of Reapit is very much the reporting side of things. Being able to sit back and think about what KPIs there are in the business that you want to focus on at any one time, and being able to go into Reapit and create that report of what’s actually in your mind is fantastic.

There is no other system that I’ve seen that can help you build the sorts of intricate reports that Reapit does, and that enables me to then take certain areas of, or look at certain areas of the business, and really focus on where either needs improvement, or where we can go and find more business from.

How would you describe the value that Reapit brings your agency?

Being able to have a CRM that gives you so much support across all of your offices, both on a company basis and on an individual basis, is incredibly valuable for us.

You may have a new negotiator start who perhaps isn’t so au fait with the selling process or the registration process. Reapit will take an element of that away from you by teaching them how to use the system inside out, which in turn helps them understand what questions they need to ask. So, when they’re coming back to the agency, we’re able to then fine tune that and help them understand, not just that they need to ask those questions, but why. So Reapit is a really great platform for us to then take our further training internally.

Having all of our departments all under one roof within the Reapit platform is incredibly valuable, both from a time-saving perspective and an efficiency aspect. Knowing that our tenancy progressors can look at what has been agreed on the frontline through the lettings negotiator and then all the way back through to property management. Having that access, where everything talks to each other and having it all under one roof, even with the additional app providers who might bolt into Reapit, it’s all there, it’s all accessible. Having that saves an incredible amount of time.

How does Reapit help support the growth of your business?

Reapit is fantastic at helping us identify opportunities. We all know as – hopefully, good estate agents – that the opportunities are within your existing data and understanding how to unearth these opportunities, both from a business ownership level, and also a negotiator level – right down to negotiator level – Reapit will help you identify these opportunities and bring them to the forefront so that your negotiators can maximise these opportunities, whether it’s a cross sale, or whether it’s bringing a new property to market, or a valuation. It just highlights these areas where the gold is in your data, and Reapit is fantastic at doing that for us.

What’s your favourite app?

We use Goodlord and Fixflo, and these two app solutions are built within Reapit, so all under one roof and they help us save a huge amount of time through both the property management department and through tenancy progression. Having it all under one roof within the AppMarket is incredibly helpful.

How useful do you find the AppMarket?

Having all of the apps within one place on the AppMarket is incredibly valuable, and also knowing that all these apps are vetted by Reapit and that the integration is going to be seamless between both Reapit, the AppMarket and of course your data when you finally sign up. It just again makes the entire process incredibly easy, meaning you don’t have to go to third-party suppliers, and start looking at negotiating rates. It saves a huge amount of time on a business ownership and development level as well.

What advice would you give to anyone considering Reapit?

Explore it. Compare it. And do it.
