Reapit’s power reports help Bloom Residential to be more efficient with their work, saving them 10 hours a week and giving them more time to focus on their clients.

“In such a fast-paced environment, having a centralised database for us to refer to as a team and individually is vital to us and the success of Bloom Residential.

We have used Reapit for most of the time we have been open, and it has quickly become a core function of our business and how we run day-to-day. As a business we are always looking at ways to be more efficient with our work to give us more time helping our customers and using Reapit gives us that. We use the majority of functionality available to us, but the valuable part is reporting, and the property management functions.

Reporting on our data had previously been very long-winded and complicated, but with Reapit’s power reports this has become substantially easier and more beneficial. Our managed portfolio has increased dramatically over the past couple of years and by using Reapit we have been able to manage this without increasing headcount, saving us a full-time salary.
