Fusion '25 Product Release Webinar Recap

Catch up on the highlights from the Fusion ’25 Release Webinar. Discover new Reapit platform updates, market insights, automation tools, and compliance-ready features built to power your agency in 2025.

At Fusion ’25, we brought together the very best of what we’ve been working on across the Reapit platform – and let’s just say, it was a packed session.

This release was all about strengthening the connection between the exceptional service you deliver and the powerful technology you rely on. From new market insights and legislative updates to smarter tools that simplify your day – we designed Fusion ’25 to help you future-proof your agency, boost productivity, and delight your clients.

Whether you’re in sales, lettings, or property management, there was something in this release for everyone. Let’s dive into what we covered.

Market snapshot: Bracing for a busy year

Let’s start with the good news: the number of homes for sale is up 10% year-on-year, and new sellers are up by 13%. That’s the highest level of market activity we’ve seen in over a decade – Rightmove is calling it a positive trend for agents, and we couldn’t agree more.

We’re expecting around 1.15million transactions this year. While that’s a lot of opportunity, it’s also a lot of work. And with rising business costs like National Insurance, not every agency is jumping to expand their team.

So, how do you stay efficient without adding headcount? You guessed it – smart automation and seamless workflows (more on that shortly).

The rental market: Reform-ready and resilient

It’s no secret that the rental sector is navigating some big shifts. From the long-anticipated Renters’ Rights Bill to second-home council tax hikes, volatility is top of mind.

Rental supply is up 13% compared to last year, but demand remains sky-high, with multiple applicants per property still the norm. This means agents are caught between legislative change and high operational pressure.

At Reapit, we’re not just watching from the sidelines – we’re actively building features to help you adapt. From updated notice tracking to smarter rent reviews and pet insurance recording, our upcoming product changes are designed to keep you compliant, efficient, and ready for whatever comes next.

We’re also planning more webinars to keep you up to date  as the Renters’ Rights Bill progresses, -  so you’ll always know what’s changing– and how we’re ensuring you stay compliant.

Property outlook survey: What you told us

Through our Property Outlook Survey, we gathered feedback from thousands of estate agents across Reapit and PayProp. Your top concern? Regulatory compliance.

We also heard loud and clean that reducing admin and freeing up time is a high priority for 2025. Agents are turning to automation over employee expansion – not just to work smarter, but to deliver faster, more responsive service to clients.

That feedback helped shape many of the features we released today. Let’s take a look.

Reapit Bookings: Viewings made effortless

We all know the chaos that comes with booking viewings – especially when you’re fielding a dozen enquiries per rental. It’s time-consuming, repetitive, and easy to miss a lead.

Enter Reapit Bookings.

Now applicants can:

  • Answer pre-qualifying questions via automated email.
  • Choose viewing time.
  • Sync directly into your agents’ calendars.

You choose the setup: fully automated, semi-automated, or manual. With Travel AI, even your calendar stays smart – avoiding scheduling clashes and wasted time.

From first click to booked viewing, the process is simple. And yes – it integrates directly with Reapit Sales and Lettings. Everything from enquiry to viewing, in one place.

Reapit Go: Productivity in your pocket

Reapit Go, continues to be a hit – and it’s easy to see why. With 97% of users saying it’s boosted their productivity; this is the ultimate companion for agents on the move.

New updates include:

  • Market appraisals on the fly.
  • Feedback capture and vendor updates post-viewing.
  • Integrated task management and messaging.
  • What3Words seamless navigation.

Whether you’re at a viewing, appraisal, or just between appointments, Reapit Go gives you the tools to impress – and convert – in real time.

PayProp integration: Less admin, more insight

The integration between Reapit and PayProp  cuts down on double data entry, reduces errors, and gives you a clearer view of your financials – all while automating key tasks.

New features include:

  • Invoice Reapit works orders and secondary payments via PayProp
  • Ability to skip the deposit process
  • Flexible commission and fee structures.
  • Syncing between PayProp and Reapit for seamless updates.

Users of Reapit Agency Edition Premium and PayProp who activate the integration are saving 15 minutes per tenancy set up alone.

PayProp owner portal: Self-service for landlords

Landlord admin doesn’t have to be a time sink.

Our new owner Portal lets landlords securely access their statements, documents, arrears updates, and tax reports – 24/7, on any device. No more digging through emails or chasing up info.

It’s secure (bank-grade encryption), scalable, and even helps protect against phishing attempts. It’s not just a timesaver for your team – it’s a powerful way to differentiate your service and attract new landlords.

PayProp management reports: Shareable and smarter

PayProp’s reporting tools have always delivered deep insights – but now, you can easily export management reports as PDFs, so colleagues without platform access can review performance, track arrears, and plan strategically.

It’s just another way we’re helping you turn insights into action.

DPS integration: Deposit management, simplified

Managing custodial deposits used to mean juggling systems. Not anymore.

Our new DPS integration lets you:

  • Handle deposit management in one place
  • One click deposit invoicing, reconciliation and registration
  • Reduce errors and stay compliant.

It’s automated, seamless – and frankly – long overdue. Because let’s face it, managing deposits shouldn’t eat into your day.

Thank you to everyone who joined the session and contributed feedback along the way. Your insights are the reason these tools exist – and why they keep getting better.

But Fusion ‘25 isn’t over yet. More content is on the way, including deep dives on the features we announced today, partner updates, and future roadmap reveals.
