Property Shop: we saved ten days over six months using Goodlord with Reapit

Adding Goodlord to their CRM enabled Property Shop to make significant time savings throughout the tenancy process, giving them more time to focus on their clients.

“At Property Shop we have a portfolio of just under 1,000 tenancies across Lancashire at any one time, with around 85% of those being managed by our in-house property management team.

It’s really important to us that our tenants and landlords have a great quality experience with Property Shop and to ensure they do, we look to partner with proptech companies that can complement our team and build efficiencies.

Using Reapit as our central CRM means we benefit from streamlined integrations with third parties via the AppMarket. We started using Goodlord’s integration in 2021 and have already seen huge time savings throughout the tenancy process.

We always input the applicant information into Reapit but the integration negates any duplicate entry, saving around 5 minutes per applicant and a further 20 minutes per tenancy agreement – all the details are pulled across from Reapit into Goodlord automatically.

The process of storing those documents against the relevant tenancy record in Reapit is now automated, meaning the risk of human error is eliminated. Knowing the data and documents stored are accurate and up to date in our central CRM system is vital.

Goodlord now handles all of our tenant referencing. Taking this away from the team has freed up a minimum of 10 minutes per tenancy in just the process of sending those references off alone.

All landlord and property details stored in Reapit are automatically transferred over to Goodlord too, making it really quick and easy for us to carry out pre-qualification in the Goodlord system without the need to re-key or cross-reference any information between systems.

Using Reapit with the Goodlord’s integration means we have been able to save over 79 hours in the last 6 months, the equivalent of around 10 working days!

All of these time savings mean we’re able to run so efficiently as a team, re-investing that time into servicing our landlords and looking after our tenants which is what gives the Property Shop name its outstanding reputation.”
