Leading independent estate agency, Property Shop uses Reapit’s powerful reporting tools and custom power organiser panels to ensure they can capitalise on every opportunity and efficiently manage their lettings portfolio.

“We decided to upgrade to Reapit’s Enterprise software package in 2020 and have focused since then on getting as much out of the system as possible.

Working closely with our Customer Success Manager (CSM), and thanks to the flexibility and detailed nature of power reports and the power organiser, we have been able to create a range of customised dashboards for various job roles within the business. 

With an expanding team, it’s important that everyone has visibility of the right information (business opportunities, compliance items, upcoming tasks, appointments), at the right time, so that they can stay on top of their work – which they can do with their own custom power organisers.

We have built a range of custom panels where we track essential business opportunities, enabling us to capitalise on every opportunity, which is particularly important in the more difficult market than we’ve been used to over the past couple of years. We can easily cross-reference sales applicants to potential landlord opportunities via the Power Organiser, so we know from when they register, right through to when that opportunity becomes tangible through purchasing with Property Shop.

Having both our sales and lettings business managed through Reapit offers us that vital transparency. We love to dig that bit deeper into our data and use the organiser as a prospecting tool, helping to ensure no opportunities are lost by bringing the information to the forefront.

Landlord management is a really important element of our business, so we have designed a dedicated panel on the organiser to handle this. Our lettings team are able to monitor available properties without viewings in a set time frame, decide if price discussions need to be had with the landlord, track those properties between tenancies where work is being carried out, and keep void periods to a minimum.

The ability to tailor all of these elements allows our teams to work efficiently and easily, without the need to run individual reports to pull all the information they need.”
