The London Broker: we identified £2 million in potential new fees

The London Broker was able to improve their data accuracy and identify £2 million worth of potential new fees from within their existing data.

The face-to-face session with him provided everyone with a much better understanding of the reporting functionality within Reapit and he gave us guidance on managing our data within the system, as well as the importance and value of good data accuracy.

As a result, we estimate a potential £2 million in new fees for the business per annum from improved data entry and data accuracy – as we can use Reapit’s reporting to target key potential vendors.

This hands-on relationship with our CSM will ensure that we get the most value from the platform and in turn, offer our customers a better service and allow the team to spend their time more efficiently to generate new business.”
