Waterfords: we reduced our lost fees by £24,000 in 4 weeks using Reapit’s MI suite

Reapit’s MI suite helped Waterfords to save thousands in lost fees after process improvements were identified with the help of their Customer Success Manager.

“Our dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), recently identified some opportunities to improve our processes and better utilise Reapit’s reporting tools to help reduce lost sales. 

Our CSM explained Reapit’s MI suite to us, going into detail on the market appraisal, applicant analysis and data analysis reports, as these were the main areas we were focusing on as a business. Working closely with our CSM has enabled us to make better use of the platform and target areas where business was being missed.

Two months following the proposed changes, we have seen a positive impact in both vendor referrals (four new vendor roles have been created from applicants we already had on our database); our Market Appraisals lost to other agents have decreased by over £1,500 in average fees, and we’ve seen a huge impact on our withdrawn properties, where we have reduced our lost fees by £24,000 in the last four weeks alone! 

We put this down to having access to more accurate and detailed reporting and being able to manage our vendor and applicant contacts quicker and more easily. We are now using the MI analysis reports on a daily basis and for target days in our offices. 

Overall, we’ve seen a vast improvement in data accuracy since using these reports, which shows a drop in lost fees over the period. We look forward to seeing this continue to improve over the coming months.”
